The company's know-how is based on the expertise of two main shareholders who both have a profile of research engineer. As Octopick, all PIXALIONE tools required several years of research.

Fabrice ALIZON
Founder and Managing Director of PIXALIONE

Fabrice Alizon has a MS and a PhD in industrial engineering from École Centrale Paris (France). He spent five years working at Renault carmaker, where he first worked on a virtual product/process design project before managing a digital validation team on vehicle project. Fabrice worked after as Research Associate at Penn State and Bucknell Universities (USA) investigating new methods to design product platform, mass customization, and ontological search engine (working on product family such as Whirlpool, Kodak, B&D, Levi Strauss). At that time he was also consultant for the SBDC.

Since the establishment of Pixalione in 2007, Fabrice focuses on the definition and development of tools for decision support systems for complex, holistic analysis of major websites, audit of competitive international, real-time diagnosis of large systems, brand protection, etc.

Fabrice is co-author of more than 40 international publications (with peer reviews). He recently contributed to the book "Design Structure Matrix Methods and Applications", published by MIT Press.

Fabrice was Guest Lecture at the University of Toronto (Canada) and at the Helsinki University of Technology (Finland). He is lecturer at the École Centrale Paris in Master of Science "Design and Optimization"- Since 2006

François focuses on IT development and project management.
